Rocket Dog was found by one of Spay the Strays Volunteers. He was walking down the sidewalk - all 9 ounces of him. She was able to just scoop him up. But Rocket Dog was ok with that. He wanted a home. He loves to snuggle in a blanket and waits for kisses.
