DIPPER is a friendly boy who showed up in a local's yard and was called into us. We named him Dipper because he's mostly brownish black and his one foot looks like it was "dipped" in white paint. This kitten is very sweet and affectionate and is starting to learn about toys and how fun they can be. He is also learning how to play with his fellow foster kitties.
Dipper's gentle soul shines through in his interactions and he'll melt your heart. He's a curious cat who is interested in learning and exploring.
