SPARKY loves to play and loves to be loved on. He and sister ELECTRA were found in an electrical box and and could be adopted together, with another cat or in a home with another pet for him to buddy up with. He's a tad shy at first but warms up and is a petite and fluffy kitty (DOB 04/2020).
