PEPPER is a gentle, sweet loving boy. He was originally found in terrible condition, full of mange. His foster gave him the best care and now he's happy and healthy. His fur is a brownish black color that's really neat. Pepper is more of a chill, relaxed kitty and he is great with other cats, once properly introduced (estimated DOB 2/2018.).
