CARMINE is a friendly, affectionate, chill cat who is good with other cats, once properly introduced. He was found, dumped in Winter Garden. We contacted the owner and he was not interested in taking Carmine back. He was malnourished and needed hospitalization. Thanks to donations, he's gotten the care he needs (estimated DOB 06/2014).
