RASCAL is ready for PRE-ADOPTION! He is very sweet, playful and thinks he's a big boy like the other foster kitties in the home. He doesn't quite realize he's still a baby. Rascal was found in the middle of a busy road and was rescued by his current foster mom. Rascal is ready for pre-adoption and will be fixed prior to going to his new home. (Estimated DOB 03/20)
