RIGEL is a very sweet and affectionate kitten. He LOVES to be pet and purrs like crazy. He's also a playful fella who loves toys and other kitties. He also does well with the foster family's dogs. Rigel would love to be adopted with another kitten or in a home with another cat for him to buddy up with (DOB 03/2020).
