WINSTON is a brown tabby with white on his paws and chest. He was found, with his siblings, near a sewer drain. He's a playful kitten but is also a sweet and chill boy who doesn't let the other foster kitties' crazy antics bother him. Winston is ready for pre-adoption and will be fixed prior to going to his new home. (09/2019)
