RILEY is a special needs kitty looking for a home. The foster believes he may have wobbly kitten syndrome. He hasn't been officially diagnosed, but you can tell when he walks. This doesn't seem to bother him as he still loves to play, especially with toilet paper tubes. (Estimated DOB 06/2019)
