SCRUFFY is a sweet & and loving boy. He LOVES to be held and is quite the snuggle buddy. He's a fluffy boy with a soft fluffy tail. He gets along great with cats and dogs, once properly introduced. Scruffy showed up one day in his foster mom's yard and was so loving and friendly, she brought him inside. He's loved living inside and is excited to be adopted soon. (DOB 03/2018)
