Oscar is a very relaxed and chill boy who enjoys being held. He recently came to the rescue after being found near a bowling alley. He doesn’t appear to be a “street cat” and is very sweet and loving. He has beautiful blue/teal eyes (we didn’t Photoshop or anything, they are THAT amazing!)
