NOEL is a tiny girl FULL of purrrsonality. She's very talkative and lively. She loves to play and snuggle (with a human or another cat) and is great with the other cats in her current foster home. Mice toys and the laser are her faves. She follows their lead and engages with whatever they are into. (She had prior eye surgery-scar tissue is still healing, but she healthy now) She will bring joy and tons of fun to whomever adopts her (DOB 08/2020).
